RETURN POLICY
If products are not as described or damaged, products shall be returned within 7 business days of receipt. Please call or email us with your order number, a contact number where you can be reached and a brief description for the reason of your return. Please allow 2-24 business hours for a representative to return your inquiry.

CANCELLATIONS AND COURTESY CALLS
Clients should call in advance if they are going to be running late. IF A CLIENT IS 20 MINUTES LATE, WE ARE ASSUMING YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR CONSULTATION. We do not reschedule consultations. You may pay to re-book another consultation 1 time only.

TRANSFER CLIENT SALON SERVICES
CANCELLATIONS
IF CLIENT CANNOT MAKE THEIR APPOINTMENT, THERE IS A $60 CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE FEE FOR APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATIONS BEFORE 48 HOURS. CLIENTS MAY RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT 1 TIME. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, FOR THE SECOND CANCELLATION.
Clients should call in advance if they are running late. If transfer client does not arrive within 20 minutes of their appointment time, it is presumed the client wishes to cancel their appointment and forfeit all payments.
